Easy Recipe for a Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

There is nothing better than waking up in the morning and having a healthy breakfast ready to go! When I prepare my breakfast the night before, I usually have very productive mornings. Also, having a green smoothie keeps me energized and full throughout the morning. So every night, I put all ingredients in a blender, and in the morning, I blend it, and then I enjoy it! 


So this is what I put in my morning smoothie:
1 cup. Almond milk
2 cups. Spinach
1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. raw cacao powder
1/2-1 tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp. of full-fat yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
1/2 tsp. dried turmeric*
1/2 tsp. fresh pieces of ginger
Pinch of black pepper

This recipe makes two servings. Also, make sure to have healthy fat (peanut butter or almond butter) and black pepper to have full absorption of turmeric.

*If you have any medical conditions, check with your doctor before consuming turmeric.
