Supplements

These are the supplements that I take daily to help support my immune system:

Multivitamin 

Vitamin C 

Vitamin D

Magnesium

Vitamin K - (3 times a week only)

Fish Oil 

 L-Theanine

I also take garlic daily. I peel it and I let it sit for 10 minutes because that is how long it takes for the garlic to form allicin, which is a powerful anti-bacterial. Then, I cut it in a shape of a pill and I drink water to swallow it. If you can't do this, you can also have the garlic pill instead:
